Terms of use and services

1. Scope

These terms govern access to and use of zeskilabs.com and the information about Zeski Labs. The form only prepares an email draft; it does not send it or form a contract by itself.

2. Services and quotes

Zeski Labs provides website and application design and development, custom software and integration services. Published information is descriptive and does not constitute a binding offer. Prices shown as “from” are indicative and may vary by project.

Each quote or contract will set out the scope, deliverables, schedule, final price, applicable taxes, payment terms and, where relevant, revisions, support and rights in the work. A service is contracted when the client expressly accepts the proposal or agreement provided.

3. Use and intellectual property

Users agree to use the Site lawfully and not interfere with its operation or security. Site content belongs to Zeski Labs or its owners and may not be reused without authorisation, except where permitted by law. Rights in project work will be set out in the relevant quote or contract.

4. External links and liability

The Site may include links to third-party pages, including Kynezia. Each external service is governed by its own terms and policies. Zeski Labs does not control or accept responsibility for content or practices on sites it does not operate. We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

5. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be dealt with by the competent authorities under the applicable rules, without prejudice to mandatory user rights. For general enquiries about services, contact info@zeskilabs.com. For legal or privacy matters, contact privacy@zeskilabs.com.
